I don't know why a regular and interesting HR piece should be taken down just because Susan Bor has suddenly become so hot on the Internet. She is clearly a talented lady who has a knack of getting on with her bosses. I am sure Fred Goodwin's successor will find her as valuable a team player as he did. Her use of the matchmaking approach to recruit candidates was rightly lauded by the industry. Where did she get the idea?
